Have any other Opponauts already updated their iPhones to iOS 8? I did a few hours ago and have been pretty disappointed by it.
It's glitchy and laggy in too many places on my iPhone 5, I'm really pissed because they did away with the Camera Roll in the Photos application and replaced it with "Recent Pictures" which personally, I don't like at all. I know the glitchiness will likely be fixed in an update soon, but seriously, this update was over hyped, even more than usual. I've never been displeased with an update before, so this kind of sucks for me. Here's to hoping the issues get sorted out soon, I guess...

yeah, I wouldn't bother either. Not until they release some more updates to fix the problems anyway.

Welcome to apple products. Lots of hype and not much action :)
Im still using my S3 and it can do all the things the new iphone six can do and it was way cheaper

This is why I always wait for new technology to prove itself before I allow myself to wallow in its new-fangled-ness before it's eventual obsoletion.

There's some sort of bug in it keeping them from using the health functions for a couple of days, and if you really look at what they've changed, then it's pretty cool when you see it yourself. At least in my opinion...

I'm no newbie to apple products, and I'm not about to argue my preference for apple stuff over the alternatives. At this point, both sides have gotten to a point where there is no clear "winner", it's mostly a matter of preferences and opinions.

For the most part... I'd love for there to be a phone with software thats entirely modular and customizable, but with iOS as the base platform because I like the way it looks and operates (when it's running well). I really like a lot of things about the iPhone and iOS, but I wish I could choose exactly what went into it, so I didn't have features I never used and things I didn't like on the phone.

Yea if you could combine the looks and platform of apple with the customizable stuff of android and open software android has it would be great
